<p>Bassim Wahab is a long-term resident of San Luis Obispo, of Palestinian heritage. His parents came to the United States from Ramallah, Palestine, and he grew up in Sacramento before moving to SLO in the late 1990s to attend Cal Poly. He has lived in the area since, and remains active in Palestinian organizing communities on the Central Coast.</p>
